About Sonny

Founder & Head Coach

Sonny is the founder and head coach at SONNY'S, built on the belief that most people aren't failing because they're not working hard - they're failing because they're not training properly.

After years around group fitness, he saw the same cycle: random workouts, high effort, and little to no real progress. So he built SONNY'S to be the opposite.

A coaching gym where training follows a method, not a mood. Structured strength training, delivered properly, with progression you can actually track. Every session, every lift, every block has intent - so members don't just train, they get better.

What's the 30-Day Roadmap? +
A structured introduction to the SONNY'S Method. 4 weeks of coached sessions with progress tracking. No lock-in beyond this period.
Do I need to be fit to start? +
No. Our programming scales to every level. We start with a conversation, understand where you are, and build from there. Everyone starts where they need to.
What are the class times? +
Monday to Sunday. Book a call to find out more about our current timetable and availability.
Where do I park? +
Chapel Street and walk 30 seconds to us. Easy access from Windsor train station too.
How is this different from CrossFit? +
Our programming is structured in training blocks with progressive overload. Every session has a purpose within a bigger plan. We focus on developing people, not just completing workouts.
Can I try before committing? +
Yes. The 30-Day Roadmap is designed exactly for this. No lock-in contracts after that. You get a month to experience our coaching and method.
How long are the workouts? +
1 hour. Arrive 5 minutes early so you're ready to go when the session starts.
Do you offer personal training? +
Our group classes are coached at a personal training level. Every member gets individual attention and programming feedback. That's our model.
