Sonny is the founder and head coach at SONNY'S, built on the belief that most people aren't failing because they're not working hard - they're failing because they're not training properly.
After years around group fitness, he saw the same cycle: random workouts, high effort, and little to no real progress. So he built SONNY'S to be the opposite.
A coaching gym where training follows a method, not a mood. Structured strength training, delivered properly, with progression you can actually track. Every session, every lift, every block has intent - so members don't just train, they get better.
